• Oversee CRM operational execution, including member coupon configuration, engagement setup, and agency management. Ensure operational accuracy and execution excellence.
• Lead end-to-end member engagement campaigns, including planning, execution, performance tracking, and optimization. Work closely with IT and Digital Product teams to continuously improve CRM capabilities and customer experience.
• Lead member club operation in omni-channel, including engagement initiatives, content concept development, banner management, and communication optimization to enhance member experience and engagement.
• Manage member partnership projects with external brands and platforms. Coordinate stakeholders, monitor project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
• Collaborate with IT, Data, and Product teams to define business requirements and support CRM system enhancements, automation, and capability development. 任职要求： ▪ 5+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, member operations, digital marketing, or related fields. ▪ Solid understanding of customer engagement, CRM operation, and digital marketing with strong marketing sense and customer-centric mindset. ▪ Proven experience in cross-functional project management and stakeholder coordination, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ▪ Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with IT, Product, Data teams, external partners, and agencies. ▪ Strong attention to detail, execution excellence, and problem-solving skills. ▪ Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. Japanese is a plus.
