CRM Lead

Job Specification :-

We are looking for an experienced Lead - CRM to drive our customer engagement and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM initiatives, enhancing customer experiences, and optimizing processes for better efficiency.

Key Responsibilities and Responsibilities :-

• Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Maintain, analyze, and enhance customer data to identify patterns and insights.
• Monitor key CRM metrics and provide data-driven recommendations. Implement automation workflows for lead nurturing and re-engagement.
• Handle escalations and ensure quick resolutions to customer issues. Align CRM strategies with business objectives and overall growth goals.
• Manage communication through multiple channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Stay updated with CRM trends and implement best practices.

Eligibility Criteria :-

Proven experience in CRM management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Keka, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience in customer retention strategies and engagement models
