CRM Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage backend operations, ensuring seamless execution of processes and procedures.
• Handle customer queries and concerns through effective communication, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate site activities, including collection management and escalation management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance overall efficiency.
• Have extensive experience working with 4QT Software.

Job Requirements :

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of backend operations, collection management, and grievance handling processes.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle complex customer queries effectively.
• Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
