Overview:
Seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead end-to-end customer relationship campaigns, lifecycle mapping, and retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement cross-channel customer engagement and loyalty journeys.
Manage campaign roadmaps, tracking performance against acquisition and retention KPIs.
Supervise CRM specialists, ensuring quality assurance and schedule adherence across all sends.
Collaborate with creative and product teams to produce personalized, high-converting content.
Requirements:
Proven track record managing CRM strategies and lifecycle marketing operations.
Deep proficiency with CRM platforms, automation tools, and segmentation logic.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in cohort analysis, churn prevention, and A/B testing.
