Job Summary

Premier Group is looking for an experienced CRM Manager from the Real Estate sector to manage the complete CRM and post-sales function. The role will be responsible for customer relationship management, payment tracking, documentation, MIS, banking coordination, customer grievance handling, and management of the CRM team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the CRM team.
• Establish and monitor CRM and post-sales processes.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of customer and booking records.
• Monitor bookings, agreements, documentation, payment schedules, and outstanding amounts.
• Coordinate with Accounts/Finance regarding payment receipts, reconciliation, and banking matters.
• Monitor customer payment follow-ups and collection status.
• Ensure timely completion of customer documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and other departments.
• Handle escalated customer queries and complaints.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Prepare and review CRM MIS for management.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and post-sales experience.
• Develop systems and processes to improve customer service.
• Monitor CRM data accuracy and reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of customer information.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate CRM and post-sales processes.
• Strong team-management skills.
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel, MIS, and CRM software.
• Strong understanding of real estate documentation and payment processes.
• Good problem-solving and escalation-handling skills.
• Strong coordination and analytical abilities.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Real Estate CRM/Post-Sales is mandatory.
• Previous experience managing a Real Estate CRM team is preferred.
• Strong experience in booking, documentation, payments, collections, and customer handling.
• Candidates without Real Estate experience will not be considered.

Salary:
Competitive salary based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
