CRM Manager

Job Title: Lifecycle/CRM Manager

Location: Remote

Contract Type: B2B Contract

The React Hub has partnered with a client to hire an experienced Lifecycle / CRM Manager to own the full customer lifecycle and drive measurable revenue through CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle: onboarding, activation, repeat purchase, subscription, retention, and winback.
• Manage email, SMS, push, and in-product messaging.
• Own deliverability, sender reputation, domain warm-up, and safe ramp-up of a decaying domain.
• Build behavioral segments and automated journeys.
• Track and report weekly lifecycle-driven revenue.
• Analyze retention, LTV, cohorts, and per-flow revenue attribution.

Must-Haves:

• Experience in Adult, iGaming, or another high-risk vertical — required.
• End-to-end CRM/lifecycle ownership in a consumer subscription or transactional business.
• Strong hands-on deliverability expertise, including domain warm-up, reputation management, list hygiene, and spam control.
• Experience with ESP/CDP platforms and triggered, segmented automations.
• Strong data-driven approach to lifecycle performance and revenue.

Nice to Have:

• Experience restarting a dormant or damaged sending domain.
• SMS and push lifecycle experience.
• Strong copywriting instincts and ability to direct copywriters.
