Crm Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and nurture key client accounts, building strong and long-term business relationships.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution.
• Drive the complete customer lifecycle, including onboarding, product adoption, engagement, retention, and renewals.
• Proactively address client concerns and escalations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Conduct regular client reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track performance, discuss requirements, and strengthen client engagement.
• Maintain accurate account records, customer information, engagement updates, and performance reports in the CRM.
• Monitor account health, identify potential risks, and proactively take corrective actions to improve customer retention.

Preferred candidate profile

4 years of experience in CRM / Customer Success / Key Account Management.
Experience in AI, SaaS, Conversational AI, AI Agents or Automation preferred.
Strong communication, relationship management and client-handling skills.
Experience handling B2B/Enterprise clients is preferred.
