Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager with strong exposure to the real estate industry, particularly in possession, handover, and post-sales customer management.

Key Responsibilities

Handle possession-related activities, including documentation, customer communication, scheduling, and handover coordination.

Manage customer queries, complaints, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with customers regarding outstanding payments, registration, agreements, possession letters, and handover formalities.

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.

Prepare and track CRM MIS, possession reports, collection status, and customer feedback.

Ensure timely follow-ups with customers at different stages of the sales and possession cycle.

Monitor customer satisfaction and improve the overall post-sales experience.

Handle escalated customer issues professionally and ensure closure within defined timelines.

Lead and guide the CRM team to achieve customer service and possession targets.

Candidate Requirements

4-8 years of experience in CRM/customer relations in the real estate industry.

Possession and handover experience is mandatory.

Strong understanding of post-sales processes and real estate documentation.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Experience managing a CRM team will be preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
