CRM Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on CRM Manager to manage and optimize our CRM ecosystem across four brands. You’ll be responsible for improving system functionality, automating processes, maintaining data quality, and ensuring our CRM platforms effectively support business operations.

We welcome candidates with strong CRM experience across different platforms. HubSpot experience is an advantage but is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM platforms, configurations, and system functionality.
• Build and maintain workflows and automations to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy, integrity, and proper governance.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support business insights and decision-making.
• Manage system integrations and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into CRM improvements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance CRM capabilities, processes, and overall performance.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of relevant experience in CRM management, administration, or operations.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing or optimizing CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of CRM configuration, workflows, automation, data management, and reporting.
• Experience with system integrations, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
• Must be amenable to working onsite twice a week at Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City, and working a day-shift schedule.
