Description

The key responsibilities for the CRM Manager - Microsoft Dynamics role will include:

• Manage and maintain the company's CRM systems to ensure effective functionality. The CRM is built from Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with broader business goals.
• Develop and implement campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Provide training and support to staff on CRM tools and best practices.
• Monitor CRM performance metrics and prepare regular reports for key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Identify and recommend system upgrades or changes to enhance efficiency.

Profile

For the CRM Manager - Microsoft Dynamics, a successful candidate should have the below experience:

* 3-4+ years experience in a CRM and/or marketing automation focused role.

* Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential.

* Experience working in a B2C or D2C industry is highly desirable.

* Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data effectively.

* Ability to collaborate with various teams to drive CRM initiatives.

* Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations.

* Ability to work autonomously.

Job Offer

• Salary range: Up to £50K - experience dependent.
• Hybrid working arrangement with 4 days on-site in Leeds.
