CRM Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:

Maintains and optimizes customer relationship management systems while supporting marketing initiatives

Will ensures high-quality data, smooth campaign execution, and alignment across sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and proficient in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive, with experience in marketing tools for email campaigns, social media, and analytics

Tasks and Duties:

• Maintain and update contact and account records, perform data deduplication, field validation, and lifecycle tagging to ensure accurate reporting and segmentation
• Assist in setting up automated workflows, lead routing, task assignments, pipeline stage updates, and campaign triggers via CRM or third-party tools like Zapier or Mailchimp
• Support digital and offline marketing campaigns, coordinate events, manage marketing materials, and contribute to content creation for social media channels and other digital platforms
• Generate reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, lead velocity, pipeline coverage, email campaign performance, and campaign ROI
• Work with sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams to align CRM data with business goals, maintain segmentations, and improve workflow consistency
• Monitor and resolve synchronization issues between CRM systems and connected marketing or sales tools; support system training and documentation
• Contribute to process optimization, refine CRM workflows, and propose strategies for effective customer engagement and retention
