CRM MIS Executive

Job Summary:

The CRM MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting on CRM data to provide actionable insights for business decision-making. This role involves maintaining data integrity, generating various reports, and supporting CRM users to ensure optimal system utilization and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in CRM systems, and excellent reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to CRM activities starting from post sales to possession.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within the CRM system by performing regular data audits and clean-ups.
• Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business growth and improve customer engagement strategies.
• Create and manage dashboards and visualizations to present complex data in an easily understandable format for various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, and customer relationship management teams to understand their reporting needs and provide tailored data solutions.
• Assist in the customization and configuration of CRM modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Provide training and support to CRM users on system functionalities and best practices for data entry and reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related data issues, working closely with IT or CRM administrators when necessary.
• Monitor CRM system performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by management to support strategic initiatives.
• Document reporting procedures, data definitions, and system configurations to maintain knowledge base.
