CRM Platform Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the CRM platform is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitors D365, Power Platform, and Azure dashboards to ensure that usage and consumptions are within limits by regularly and proactively performing housekeeping activities.
• Manages the assignment and removal of licenses to CRM users.
• Makes configuration changes on CRM platform to meet the IT and business requirements.
• Sets up new entities, fields, and workflows.
• Performs configuration changes to integrate D365 with other systems.
• Ensures that data is flowing correctly and integrations are working as expected.
• Generates reports that provide insights into the organization's data and performance.
• Provides admin support to production issues, incidents, and problems.
• Maintains the CRM environments.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related/relevant fields.
• Experience and knowledge on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and/or Azure.
• Experience in working as a System Administrator of SaaS applications.
• Experience/knowledge in using Azure DevOps or other Source Code Management and/or Continuous Integration and Delivery tools.
• Experience in relational database and familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, etc.).
• Good knowledge on n-tier web applications.
• Experience in the development/support of bank/financial applications/systems.
