CRM Platform & Data Iintegration Support Consultant

Positioned at the heart of our evolution, you will play a pivotal role in supporting CRM platform operations and data integration for Japan, collaborating closely with business users, Global Martech, IT teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders.

Your Missions:

• Manage day-to-day operations in Cordial for Japan, including audience builds, message updates, QA, proofing, testing, and launch readiness in close partnership with business users, Global Martech, IT teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
• Build and validate audiences in Cordial based on brand team requirements, including segmentation criteria, audience counts, and targeting rules.
• Execute light campaign updates, including basic HTML copy, formatting, template, and content block changes within approved templates.
• Send campaign proof and test sends, manage feedback cycles, and confirm approvals prior to deployment.
• Perform campaign and automation QA, validating audience logic, message content, personalization links, and rendering.
• Troubleshoot campaigns, journeys, automations, audiences, templates, and content blocks; coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and vendors as needed.
• Monitor and validate scheduled data jobs, investigate failures, and coordinate resolution with Platform, Data, IT, Global Martech, and vendor teams.
• Serve as primary liaison with Cordial for requests from business users – including new builds, enhancements, and technical support requiring Cordial TAM / Solutions Engineer support to use support hours effectively.
• Partner with Global Martech team on net new platform and data requirements, including customer attributes, product feed enhancements, and other technical dependencies.
• Own and maintain the shared Monday.com board with Cordial, ensuring requests are clearly submitted, prioritized, tracked, communicated, and completed.
• Loop in Global Martech as needed to share visibility of Japan priorities, blockers, risks, dependencies, and status updates to ensure alignment with Global Martech roadmap planning.
• Prepare QA documentation, validation results, issue summaries, and supporting materials for troubleshooting and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures, checklists, and handover documentation to support business continuity and future Korea readiness with Cordial.

Your Profile:

• Experience in Martech operations, marketing automation, CRM operations, data operations, or campaign operations (2–4 years).
• Practical experience with Cordial or a comparable ESP, marketing-automation, or CDP platform.
• Working understanding of campaigns, journeys, automations, audiences, segmentation, customer data, product feeds, and data integrations.
• Experience with database management systems and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach to learning and tackling challenges.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity and a passion for innovation.
• English fluent. Japanese is a plus.
