CRM Project Manager

A new transformation has started in the CRM area, with the objective of modernizing legacy CRM applications. The goal is to reduce obsolescence while offering a better experience and improved security for customers.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong technical knowledge of Telco BSS, proven experience in IT delivery, and a track record of managing several external vendors on large-scale projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize meetings with all stakeholders (IT, suppliers, business) according to the program governance in place.

• Identify program risks and take appropriate actions to reduce or mitigate them.

• Monitor the quality of operations, support change management activities, and drive improvement plans.

• Follow the technical implementation through to MTP, including the testing phase, and take all necessary actions to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

• Coordinate the above activities and communicate their status through the appropriate platforms and processes.

• Monitor the program budget to ensure it remains within the approved limits.

• University degree with at least 10 years of professional experience.

• Proven experience in IT Program Management within the Telco environment.

• Previous experience in IT roles.

• Experience managing partners/vendors for IT delivery.

• Good knowledge of Telco BSS systems.

• Technical expertise in at least one of the following:

  • Telco Billing Systems

  • Telco Order Management Systems

  • Telco Contact Center

  • System Integration: API/Web Services, system connectivity, security, etc.

• Strong attention to detail and close follow-up.

• Ability to understand business requirements and work with business stakeholders to propose suitable solutions.

• Ability to build and monitor project plans.

• Experience managing IT project delivery with multiple partners, including offshore teams.

• Understanding of IT operations activities.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Very good communication skills.

• Assertive and autonomous.

• Strong leadership skills.

• Comfortable interacting with senior management and directors.
