CRM Project Manager

Qualifications

• Must be able to start ASAP
• At least 10–15 years of experience as a CRM Project Manager
• Must have leadership experience, preferably managing cross-functional teams and CRM initiatives
• Must have Banking Industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in CRM and project management
• Relevant certification is non-negotiable, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile certification
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and CRM implementation methodologies
• Experience managing end-to-end CRM implementation projects
• Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent project management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end CRM projects, including planning, implementation, deployment, and delivery
• Define project scope, requirements, timelines, milestones, and budget
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Service
• Manage CRM system implementation, integration, and data migration
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance metrics/KPIs
• Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues affecting project delivery
• Provide user training, support, and post-implementation optimization
• Ensure CRM solutions are aligned with business objectives and customer experience goals
• Drive continuous improvement of CRM processes, systems, and project delivery practices
