CRM Solutions Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies to recommend effective technology solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, Solution Design Documents (SDD), integration designs, data mapping specifications, process flows, and other technical documentation.
• Support system integration requirements involving APIs, middleware, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, vendors, and project managers to ensure solution alignment and successful delivery.
• Assist in developing test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data; support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Work with developers to investigate and resolve defects identified during testing.
• Conduct solution demonstrations and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, and design reviews.
• Review deployment documentation and support the release of solutions to production.
• Ensure solution quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance with enterprise architecture and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of system integration concepts, APIs, middleware, data mapping, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience preparing functional specifications, solution design documents, process flows, and integration documentation.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, test case preparation, defect resolution, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage competing business and technical priorities.
• Familiarity with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, and Service Bus is an advantage.
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies is preferred.
