Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Specialist to manage customer data, improve engagement, and support customer relationship activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate customer data.
- Monitor CRM activities and customer interactions.
- Support email campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Prepare basic CRM reports and analyze customer trends.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer retention.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of CRM or customer relationship experience preferred.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
