CRM Specialist

Sodic Real Estate LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and organized CRM Specialist to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of CRM experience in the UAE.
• Previous experience in real estate or property development companies in the UAE is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in managing and maintaining CRM systems and databases.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Experience in lead management, data entry, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with sales and management teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the company’s CRM system and customer database.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date client and property information.
• Manage and monitor leads, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead assignments and updates.
• Prepare CRM reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Monitor sales activities, lead status, and conversion data.
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure proper data management.
• Assist in improving CRM processes and workflows.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.

Preferred Experience:
Candidates with experience in UAE real estate companies, property developers, or real estate agencies are highly preferred.
