• Implement client journeys
• Execute campaigns (push notifications, WhatsApp, in-app, etc.)
• Create email templates
• Segment audiences for targeted activations
• Ensure strong operational support for your client portfolio
• Support analysis and reporting on performance

• Knowledge of BI tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
• Knowledge of main CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, D365, Customer.io)
• Knowledge of Arabic (spoken and written)
