CRM Specialist

Role Responsibilities

• Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of CRM campaigns across push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, email, and other relevant channels.
• Help build and maintain automated customer journeys across activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Support customer segmentation and targeting across different products and lifecycle stages.
• Monitor campaign performance, including reach, CTR, engagement, and flow conversion.
• Support CRM experiments across copy, timing, frequency, targeting, and journey structure.
• Write and improve CRM copy based on customer behavior and performance.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity, copy development, analysis, and campaign execution.
• Work closely with the CRM Lead and the wider Growth team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with CRM / customer engagement platforms.
• Comfortable working with customer segments, campaigns, and basic performance data.
• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and continuously improve.
