As our CRM operations continue to expand, we are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on, highly operational role focused on the core execution layer of our CRM strategy: setting up campaigns, launching them flawlessly, and ensuring everything runs on time and error-free.

This role is ideal for someone structured, process-driven, and highly detail-oriented, looking to sharpen their skills in campaign operations while being exposed to real-life CRM delivery at scale.

Campaigns don’t launch themselves. This role is the backbone of our CRM execution, ensuring that what’s planned gets delivered correctly, consistently, and at scale. What You'll Do:

• Campaign Setup & Execution: Set up, schedule, and launch CRM campaigns across all channels (Email, SMS, Push Notifications, In-App messages) based on structured campaign briefs.
• Rigorous Quality Assurance (QA): Perform end-to-end QA on every campaign to ensure 100% accuracy in copy, links, dynamic tags, targeting, and multi-language/multi-device display.
• Asset Coordination: Coordinate daily with the creative and content teams to receive final assets and ensure launch deadlines are met.
• Campaign Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor live campaign delivery and troubleshoot basic technical, dynamic content, or targeting issues as they arise.
• Documentation & Calendar Hygiene: Maintain accurate campaign logs, document workflows, and keep the CRM calendar fully updated.
• Cross-Vertical Support: Support operational CRM work across both Sportsbook & Casino verticals.
• Process Optimization: Keep workflows clean, organized, and repeatable.
• Report directly to the CRM Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in CRM, email marketing, or another operational B2C marketing role.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern CRM/Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Optimove, Salesforce, Braze, Xtremepush, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to execute structured, routine workflows with high consistency and zero loss of quality.
• Exceptional attention to detail, you naturally double-check everything before hitting "Send".
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in iGaming or fast-paced B2C environments.
• Working knowledge of HTML (for basic email formatting, template adjustments, or troubleshooting).
• Strong interest in building a long-term career path in CRM & Lifecycle Marketing.
