- Mengelola registrasi pengunjung, menjaga customer database, menentukan struktur data profil member, dan membuat segmentasi pelanggan.
- Mengelola & update website/landing page, memantau fungsi form registrasi & CTA, tracking aktivitas visitor, serta berkoordinasi dengan tim IT untuk bug/teknis.
