What they need
- Support the development and execution of the overall CRM strategy to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value for Offline and Online channel.
- Plan, build, and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app, direct mail).
- Managing the CS strategy for both online & offline channel.
- Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, purchase history, etc.
- Monitor A/B tests and optimize campaigns for higher open rates, CTR, and conversions.
- Ensure all CRM activities comply with data privacy laws.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field.
- Min. 2-3 years experience in CRM, Customer Service, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles.
- Prior experience working in retail, e-commerce, lifestyle or sports brand is highly desirable.
- Familiar and able to operate CRM and CS tools.
- Strong ability to analyze customer data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
