Your new role

As a CRM Application Analyst, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancement of CRM applications. You will work closely with business users to troubleshoot issues, manage system configurations, support user adoption, and ensure the smooth operation of business-critical CRM platforms.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years of experience in CRM/Application Support
• Experience supporting CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or similar systems
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with user support, incident management, and system enhancement activities
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
