完成区域团队的建设、区域制度和建立和完善 任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，医药相关专业； 2.3年以上团队管理经验，有一定得团队管理能力； 3.熟悉掌握计划管理、过程管理、绩效管理等方法和工具； 4.具有分析解决问题能力，良好得人际沟通和组织协调能力，抗压能力强、责任心强、目标感强、执行力强、效率强。
