CRO BD Associate Director

• Effectively identifies and pursues new business opportunities while enhancing relationships with existing clients of Novotech CRO.
• Be responsible for directly generating business leads, sales prospects, capability meetings/presentations and RFPs in order to achieve maximum sales and revenue goals.
• Drive and work with internal team to process RFP, bid defense meeting, and finalize contract.
• Plan, strategize and deliver clinical development solution to clients.

任职要求：

• Bachelor degree or above. 2. 8 year+ working experience in sales or healthcare industry.
• Good communication skill.
• Basic business sense.
• Sensitive and care about other needs. 6 CRO or drug development working experience preferred. 7 Life Science (medicine, pharmacy preferred) education background preferred.
