CRO (Customer Relation Officer)

• Contact prospective and existing customers using the company-provided database.
• Introduce the company, its products and services professionally.
• Understand customers’ current and upcoming requirements.
• Generate customer interest and schedule confirmed meetings for the sales team.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested and potential customers.
• Confirm customer appointments before the scheduled meeting time.
• Share complete customer and meeting details with the assigned sales representative.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and basic complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales, operations and concerned departments for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, meetings and customer responses.
• Update the CRM or customer tracking sheet daily.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
