This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing Conversion Rate Optimisation function within a high-performing digital business. You will lead experimentation across multiple customer journeys, influence commercial strategy, and play a key role in shaping the future of the CRO capability while delivering measurable business impact.

The Role

You will lead the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across a portfolio of high-traffic lead generation journeys.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning and managing the conversion rate optimisation roadmap.
• Developing data-driven hypotheses and building a structured testing programme.
• Designing, building, and validating A/B tests using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Executing experiments through an experimentation platform and ensuring reliable implementation.
• Using behavioural analytics tools to identify user friction and optimisation opportunities.
• Analysing test results and translating insights into commercial recommendations.
• Prioritising experimentation activity based on business impact, traffic levels, and lead quality.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Technical, and Compliance teams to deliver optimisation initiatives.
• Presenting findings, forecasts, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Supporting the development of CRO processes, frameworks, and future team growth.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation within high-traffic digital environments.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying A/B tests using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of experimentation methodology, statistical significance, and test analysis.
• Experience using experimentation platforms such as Convert.com or similar tools.
• Knowledge of behavioural analytics platforms including tools such as Mouseflow, Clarity, FullStory, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and customer journey optimisation.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance conversion growth, lead quality, and profitability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within fast-paced digital marketing or performance marketing environments.
