CROCS - Merchandising Assistant (Head-Office Based)

• Provide support to purchasing and inventory process of merchandise
• Prepare and process all purchase orders
• Monitor all purchase orders and ensure delivery within timeframe
• Prepare and maintain various sales reports
• Monitor inventory and allocate appropriate model stock
• Manage reconciliation of all invoices and purchase orders and ensure appropriate documentation

Qualifications:

• Must be a College graduate preferably business courses
• With at least 6 months of relevant work experience
• Retail Merchandising experience is an advantage
• Must be proficient in MS Office Applications specially MS Excel
• Must have an analytical mindset, ability to work well with numbers and spreadsheets
• Must be vey keen on details
• Must be able to multi-task
