We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Visual Merchandising who can turn VM concepts into actual retail executions.

If you know your way around store layouts, space planning, 3D rendering, and retail displays—and can make sure the final store looks as good as the presentation—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute Visual Merchandising concepts and standards across stores.
• Create store layouts, floor plans, space plans, product zoning, and merchandising guides.
• Develop 3D renderings, perspectives, mood boards, and visual presentations for store openings, renovations, campaigns, and seasonal launches.
• Support new store openings, renovations, and store refresh projects from concept to execution.
• Conduct store visits and VM audits to ensure proper implementation of brand standards.
• Work closely with Store Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, and other teams to deliver VM requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, contractors, and installers for VM projects.
• Prepare VM guidelines, presentations, reports, and project updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve store presentation, customer flow, product visibility, and commercial impact.
• Help develop and improve VM standards, tools, and processes across the business.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Architecture, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in retail.
• Experience handling multiple stores, store openings, renovations, or retail projects.
• Strong understanding of retail space planning, store layouts, product presentation, fixtures, displays, and customer flow.
• Strong 3D visualization and rendering skills.
• Willing to conduct store visits and travel when required.
• Portfolio of previous VM, retail design, rendering, or store execution projects is highly preferred.
