CROCS Store Supervisor (Cebu)

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Sales Associates and store teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure consistent execution of the Crocs Customer Service Model.
• Drive sales, conversion, and productivity across all stores.
• Conduct regular store visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, visual standards, training and operational procedures.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of store staff.
• Handle escalated customer and operational concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with Head Office teams (HR, Training, Merchandising, Marketing Etc).

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related course preferred.
• At least 3 years of retail supervisory / multi-store leadership experience.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, and people management.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Willing to travel regularly within Cebu and nearby areas.
• Experience in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
