CROCS - Visual Display Assistant

Job Summary:

The Visual Display Assistant provides day-to-day support to the Visual Merchandising team in executing store display activities and visual campaigns. This role assists in coordinating materials, monitoring store requests, and ensuring timely delivery and setup of visual requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn visual merchandising processes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating store requests related to visual display materials and requirements.
• Support the preparation of shipment documents and assist in organizing items for delivery and installation.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and assist in coordinating timelines.
• Help compile store photo reports and organize documentation for visual campaigns and store setups.
• Assist in processing basic administrative tasks such as monitoring expenses and supporting billing documentation.
• Provide on-ground support during store display setups and installations when required.
• Conduct basic monitoring of store displays to ensure alignment with visual standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Retail Management, or related field is an advantage.
• Experience in retail, visual merchandising, or administrative support is a plus but not required.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Basic understanding of visual display concepts is an advantage.
