We’re excited you’re interested in a career at COUNTRY as we strive toward our vision - to enrich lives in the communities we serve. Our footprint spans coast to coast. But more important than where we operate, is the people who do the work. Apply today to help our organization grow and make a difference for our clients.

About the role

The Crop Claims Internship offers an opportunity to learn how crop insurance supports America's farmers. Interns will assist with claim-related activities while working closely with producers, agents, adjusters, and business partners across the organization. The role combines field and office experiences, providing exposure to agricultural operations, crop loss evaluation, data analysis, and customer service. Successful candidates will develop industry knowledge, communication skills, and professional relationships while gaining insight into how crop insurance helps farmers manage risk and recover from unexpected losses.

Application Timeline:
We know waiting can be difficult, so we want to set expectations upfront. Our internship recruiting process takes place over several months. Applications open in mid-September and are reviewed as they are received. HR interviews are expected to begin in mid-October, followed by interviews with hiring leaders. Depending on the role and applicant volume, hiring decisions and offers may be made anytime from October through January. We appreciate your patience throughout the process and will communicate updates as they become available.

How does this role make an impact?

"Test drive" a potential career path through real corporate projects, collaboration in meetings, and several networking opportunities. While working alongside and learning from expert leaders at all levels of the company, in addition to teaming up with fellow interns to showcase your ideas, our interns impact the business, and experience professional and personal growth.
