CrossFit Coach

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Crossfit Coach to join our fitness team. Coaches must have their CrossFit Level 1 Certification. Tuition assistance is available. As a Crossfit Coach, you will lead group classes, have the opportunity to provide personal training sessions, and foster a supportive community atmosphere within our gym.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and effective Crossfit classes for individuals of varying fitness levels.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Monitor client progress and provide feedback to enhance performance.
• Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages teamwork and camaraderie.
• Assist with fitness sales initiatives to promote programs and services offered by the gym.

Experience:

• Must have a CrossFit Level 1 certification. We are willing to work with all levels of experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of fitness.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.54 per hour
