CRT Executive

A CRT (Candidate Relations Team / Case Resolution Team) Domestic BGV (Background Verification) The operations specialist manages the end-to-end domestic screening processes for candidates within a specific country. The core purpose of this role is to validate candidate credentials, coordinate directly with applicants to resolve data discrepancies, and manage third-party vendors to ensure compliance with hiring standards. They act as the primary operational link between the candidate, verification authorities, and the internal HR or client recruitment teams.

Job Summary:

The Domestic BGV Operations Associate/Specialist is responsible for executing and tracking background screening workflows, including identity checks, academic verifications, employment history reviews, and criminal record searches. The "CRT" designation emphasizes a heavy focus on candidate-facing resolution—interacting with applicants to clear flagged red/amber issues, collect missing documentation, and smooth out the onboarding journey. • Case Initiation & Workflow Management: Initiate domestic background checks including PAN/Aadhaar/identity authentication, address verification, and professional references.
• Candidate Relations & Discrepancy Resolution: Function as the dedicated point of contact for candidates during the verification lifecycle. Proactively engage with individuals to resolve "insufficient information" flags or minor data mismatches (e.g., notice period or company merger variations).
• Vendor & Field Executive Coordination: Coordinate with internal field teams or third-party BGV vendors to track Turnaround Time (TAT) and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Report Analysis & Adjudication: Evaluate completed screening reports against company risk matrices. Escalate critical discrepancies, fake documentation, or amber/red cases to management or HR Business Partners.
• Compliance & Data Security: Ensure all screening and digital consent steps conform to strict national regulations like India's DPDP Act compliance standards

Pay: ₹10,013.78 - ₹28,000.00 per month
