Our Marine Tourism team is growing, and we're looking for enthusiastic Cruise Attendants / Deckhands to join us in Cairns.

If you're passionate about customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to work on the Great Barrier Reef, we'd love to hear from you.

To be successful, you'll:

• Be based in Cairns and available for an immediate start.
• Be available to work weekends and public holidays.
• Be seeking a long-term opportunity.
• Hold, or be willing to obtain, Advanced First Aid, CPR, Oxygen Provider, RSA and Food Safety qualifications.
• Have previous hospitality, deckhand, tourism or vessel experience (highly desirable).

About the Role

As a Cruise Attendant / Deckhand, you'll help deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting the safe and efficient operation of our Reef Fleet vessels. This is a hands-on role offering variety, teamwork and the opportunity to work in one of the world's most spectacular natural environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver outstanding customer service from check-in through to departure.
• Welcome and assist guests throughout their day on the reef.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, including bar service.
• Assist with deckhand duties, including vessel preparation, mooring, line handling and equipment handling.
• Support the Skipper and crew with day-to-day vessel operations.
• Load, unload and replenish stock and supplies.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety onboard.
• Create memorable experiences for every guest.
