Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage maintenance operations of crushers to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement effective budgeting strategies for crusher maintenance projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in crusher design, operation, and maintenance.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Job Requirements :

• 7-30 years of experience in the metals & mining industry, preferably in a role related to crusher management or maintenance operations.
• Strong understanding of costing, budgeting, and financial planning principles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects involving complex equipment like crushers.
