Job Description – Crusher Plant Helper

Position: Crusher Plant Helper
Location: Fujairah, UAE

Job Purpose

To assist in the day-to-day operation, cleaning, maintenance, and material handling activities within the crusher plant and quarry area, ensuring smooth and safe production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist operators and technicians in daily crusher plant operations.
• Support loading, unloading, shifting, and handling of materials as instructed.
• Assist with feeding and clearing materials around crushers, screens, conveyors, and stockpile areas.
• Clean and maintain the crusher plant, conveyors, work areas, and equipment surroundings.
• Assist maintenance staff during routine inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance activities.
• Remove stones, debris, and material blockages from designated areas only after equipment is safely stopped and isolated.
• Monitor conveyors and plant areas and immediately report any abnormal noise, leakage, blockage, or unsafe condition.
• Assist with basic tools and equipment as directed by the supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the plant and work areas.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Foreman related to crusher and quarry operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a crusher plant, quarry, mining, construction, or aggregate industry is an advantage.
• Candidates with general industrial or heavy-work experience may also be considered.
• Physically fit and capable of working in an outdoor quarry environment.
• Willing to work in dusty, noisy, and hot conditions.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety is preferred.

Working Conditions

• Outdoor work in quarry/crusher plant environment.
• Exposure to dust, noise, heat, and heavy machinery.
• Shift duty and overtime may be required depending on production requirements.
• Strict compliance with PPE and site safety procedures is mandatory.

Pay: AED1,000.00 per month
