Job Summary

We are looking for a Capital Market Associate to support SHOW’s Blockchain team in managing and optimizing the company’s crypto assets and market activities. This role will focus on conducting crypto market research, investment and asset analysis, and developing market strategies to support informed decision-making and maximize the potential of SHOW’s digital assets.

The Capital Market Associate will monitor market trends, analyze crypto assets and market movements, identify relevant investment and market opportunities, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the Blockchain Manager. The role will also work closely with the broader Blockchain team to support the effective management and activation of SHOW’s assets within the crypto market.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, reporting directly to the Blockchain Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and in-depth analysis of the crypto market and relevant digital investment instruments.
• Monitor price movements, liquidity, trading volume, and market sentiment for $SHOW Token and related crypto assets.
• Prepare investment instrument analysis for crypto assets to support strategic decision-making by the Blockchain Manager and Capital Market team.
• Support management of the SHOW asset, including monitoring tokenomics, allocation, and market performance.
• Design and support the execution of market activation strategies for $SHOW Token, including listing strategy, liquidity initiatives, and investor community engagement.
• Prepare periodic (weekly/monthly) market research reports covering crypto trends, competitors, and new investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Blockchain, Capital, Marketing) to align market strategy with SHOW's business roadmap.
• Stay up to date on crypto/digital asset regulations in Indonesia and their implications for the company's capital market strategy.
• Provide data-driven market strategy recommendations to support the growth and stability of the $SHOW Token market.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Business, or a related field.
• Background or experience in Crypto/Web3, or in a Bank/Securities company.
• Strong understanding of market research & analysis, investment analysis, and market strategy, particularly for crypto instruments.
• Familiarity with tokenomics concepts, crypto trading mechanics, and digital asset market dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate market data into actionable insights.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) — will regularly work with global partners/data.
• Able to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams as well as independently.
• Willing to work full-time, on-site in Jakarta.
• Familiarity with crypto market research tools (e.g., CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, TradingView, or other on-chain analytics platforms).
• Prior exposure to entertainment, media, or creator-economy businesses.
• Understanding of Indonesia's crypto/digital asset regulatory landscape.
• Experience working with or analyzing ERC-20 tokens or similar blockchain-based assets.
