CS Admin - Car Rental

About the role

As a Car Rental Admin, you will manage car rental bookings, coordinate vehicle and driver schedules, and make sure every guest enjoys a smooth and comfortable trip.

Key responsibilities

• Handle car rental inquiries and bookings via WhatsApp, email, website, and OTA platforms
• Schedule vehicles and drivers based on daily bookings
• Coordinate pickup and drop-off details with guests and drivers
• Monitor vehicle availability, condition, and maintenance schedules
• Prepare rental agreements, invoices, and payment records
• Handle guest requests, changes, and complaints professionally
• Prepare daily/weekly rental reports

About you

• Minimum High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Diploma in Tourism or related field is a plus
• At least 1 year of experience in administration, reservations, or car rental/transport services
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Sheets
• Familiar with Bali's areas and routes is a plus
• Well-organized, responsive, and able to multitask
• Friendly and customer-oriented
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
• Based in Bali
