CS After Sales (Mandarin Speaker)

We are looking for a Customer Service / After-Sales Technician who is fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian as working languages.

Requirements:

• No specific educational background, certification, or license required.

• Experience repairing PCBs, BMS, batteries, motherboards, mobile phones, computers, or other electronic equipment.

• Willing to travel domestically within Indonesia based on project requirements.

• Able to adapt to a Chinese company working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle after-sales inquiries, complaints, remote troubleshooting, repair shipments, and repair progress updates.

• Record and analyze failure data and prepare repair reports.

• Work with Hardware Test Engineers on product failure analysis and provide feedback to improve product quality, repair standards, and reduce return rates.

• Manage repair materials, used cells, damaged circuit boards, spare parts, and inventory.

• Follow SOP and 5S standards, control material usage, and reduce repair costs.
