CS CUM LOGISTIC ASSISTANT

We are looking for a responsible, organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Service (Sales Support) cum Logistics Assistant.

Customer Service / Sales Support

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and related documents.
• Process and follow up on customer orders.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding customer requirements and order status.
• Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries and outstanding matters.
• Maintain proper records of customer orders and sales documents.
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints or enquiries professionally.

Logistics / Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate daily deliveries and shipments with drivers, transporters and logistics providers.
• Arrange delivery schedules according to customer requirements.
• Prepare and check delivery-related documents.
• Monitor delivery status and update customers accordingly.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure orders are ready for delivery.
• Follow up on delivery issues, delays, shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain proper records of deliveries, transport documents and logistics activities.

General Administration

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Assist with filing, documentation and other administrative duties.
• Support other departments when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
