CS Executive

Muhammed Co. Chartered Accountants Kannur, Kannothumchal is looking for a qualified and experienced CS Executive to join our team.

Position: CS Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Handle company secretarial and statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain and update statutory registers and records.
• Assist with ROC/MCA filings and compliance requirements.
• Prepare notices, minutes, resolutions, and other corporate documents.
• Coordinate with management, professionals, and government authorities when required.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory compliances.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.

Requirements

• Qualified CS Executive with relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in company secretarial/compliance work.
• Good knowledge of Companies Act, MCA/ROC compliance and statutory requirements.
• Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet compliance deadlines.
