CS Export Officer (Freight Forwarding)

Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate export shipments from start to finish.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on export documents such as Booking Confirmation, Shipping Instruction (SI), Bill of Lading (B/L), Invoice, Packing List, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transport agents, and relevant parties to ensure smooth export operations.
• Monitor shipment schedules, cargo readiness, vessel/flight departures, and export cargo release status.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Transport, Warehouse, and Accounting departments to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
• Provide shipment information, booking status, and export updates to customers.
• Check and verify pre-invoice details, including freight charges, local charges, and other related expenses before issuing invoices.
• Coordinate with the Pre-Invoice team and Accounting department to ensure billing accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare reports and related documentation as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in CS Export, Shipping, or Freight Forwarding.
• Knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, and pre-invoice processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Good command of English for business communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Logistics businesses will be an advantage.
• Candidates who can start work immediately will be given special consideration.
