Role & responsibilities

• Board & General Meetings: Assist in drafting notices, agendas, board resolutions, and detailed minutes for Board, Committee, and General Meetings.
• ROC & MCA Filings: Assist in preparing and filing various e-forms (MGT-7, AOC-4, PAS-3, DIR-12, etc.) on the MCA portal within prescribed deadlines.
• Statutory Register Maintenance: Update and maintain statutory registers, books, and records as mandated by the Companies Act, 2013.
• Corporate Governance & Compliance: Support the team in tracking regulatory compliance calendars, secretarial standards (SS-1 & SS-2), and applicable corporate laws.
• Due Diligence & Research: Conduct research on corporate law updates, amendments, and regulatory notifications issued by MCA, SEBI, or RBI.
• Liaisoning & Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, bank representatives, and legal advisors for documentation and approvals.
• Drafting: Assist in drafting agreements, power of attorney, representation letters, and disclosure forms.
