Job Summary

We are looking for a CS / Sales Executive to handle customer communication, follow-ups, coordination, and day-to-day sales support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with customers, transporters, and internal teams.
• Prepare and share quotations and rates.
• Follow up on leads and business requirements.
• Coordinate for vehicle requirements and shipment details.
• Maintain customer records and update reports.
• Support the team in daily sales and customer service activities.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Candidates with transportation/logistics experience will be preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
