CS staff (Freight Forwarding)

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, experienced, passionate individual and capability to help to grow our business.

Key responsibilities:

• Booking reception from customers and make booking with liners, co-loader, customs broker, trucking company as per customer’s requirement.
• Coordinate between customer and vendors to implement activities smoothly.
• Coordinate with overseas partner
• Run document process: Issue House B/L and related document.
• Proceed billing process.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in ocean C/S for shipments from Thailand to USA.
• Very fluent spoken/written English (need to attend a tele-conference with a US buyer every week).
• At least 1 year of experience in ocean export C/S
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields
• Pleasant personality, Service-minded and Self motivated
• Proficient in MS-office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Internet, E-mail
