CS Trainee Company Secretary

Role & responsibilities

• Day-to-day secretarial and corporate compliance activities.

• Preparation of notices, agendas, minutes, resolutions, and other secretarial documents.

• Maintenance of statutory registers and company records.

• Preparation and documentation for Board Meetings and General Meetings.

• Coordinating with internal departments, consultants, professionals, and other stakeholders.

• Maintaining minutes books, registers, and other statutory records.

• Assisting in corporate governance and secretarial compliance activities.

• Assisting in preparing compliance reports and checklists.

• Performing other secretarial and compliance-related assignments under the guidance of senior professionals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Currently pursuing CS Executive is mandatory.

• Candidate should be genuinely interested in pursuing a career in Company Secretarial / Corporate Compliance.

• Students who have cleared one or more CS Executive modules will be preferred.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Graduation in Commerce, Law, Management, or a related field will be an advantage.

• Candidates should be willing to undergo practical, hands-on training.
