Automotive Service Advisor/Writer

Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. By allowing our guests to make informed decisions about their automotive needs and services, they help increase sales and build loyalty. The CSA is a Lube Technician who has successfully completed the CSA certification program through Jiffy Lube University ℠.

Automotive Service Writer/Advisor Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers in a professional manner
• Accurate write-up of customer concerns
• Convey expected cost and obtain approval of repairs
• Tracking of the vehicle and communicating progress to the customer
• Performing any additional tasks assigned by management

Automotive Service Writer/Advisor Qualifications:

• 1+ years of service advisor/writer experience required
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Strong automotive knowledge or experience is a plus
• Commitment to being a team player
• Clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
